Wanders Turn Down Request To Participate In Nyasa Big Bullets Organized Tournament

Mighty Mukuru Wanders FC have turned down a request from their arch rivals, Nyasa Big Bullets to take part in a two day tournament that Maule have organized slated from  3 to 5 March, 2023.

Wanders spokesperson, Clement Stambuli has excused his side from participating in the tournament saying that most of his teams’ players will be in camp during that time with the national team for Flames vs Egypt match preparations.  

“It will be hard for us to withdraw our 8 players from national team camp to participate in the Nyasa tournament.” Said Stambuli.

“If we participate with our second choice squad and lose, our supporters will still be disappointed, so it is better not to try.” Continued the publicist.

Chiukepo Msowoya and Miracle Gabeya both invited to National Team 

Bullets have organized a 2-day tournament as a way of preparing for 2023 TNM Super League season and have invited Mozambique’s, UD Songo and Ferroviaro De Nampula football clubs.

Stanley Sanudi, Miracle Gabeya, Lawrence Chaziya, Gaddie Chirwa, Chiukepo Msowoya, Christopher Kumwembe and Mphatso Kamanga are 8 Nomads players that have been called up by national team coach, Mario Marinica to start preparations for Malawi vs Egypt two games encounter.
