The remains of Urban Musician Walycris who's real name is Wyson Lyfoh have been laid to rest at Makheta cemetery in Blantyre.
The musician died in a road accident in Zimbabwe on his way back home from a show he had with Zembani Band in South Africa.
Lucius Banda and Zembani Band together with Walycris were invited to the rainbow nation by a South Africa based Music promoter a Mr. Mwale.
The musician came into the limelight with his Yao hit Achalume before releasing another song Mbumo days before his demise.

He has been mourned by a cross section of the society including president Lazurus Chakwera, former president Peter Mutharika and Musicians including Lucius Banda among others.
He was born in 1997 and he has left a wife and two children.
