This is a serious makeup mistake that I have seen many Malawian women make.!. Why are you using a pen to draw in your eyebrows in 2013?  or are you letting your 5 yr old sister draw these on you? There's nothing like jacked up eyebrows. Eyebrows are the foundation of your face, they can either make or break a face!
