A Kenyan Catholic Cleric is on the run for allegedly fondling and sucking private parts of a Form 4 student at Chimanade Secondary School in Karonga where he works as a Chaplain.
Karonga Police Station Officer-In-Charge, Assistant Commissioner Edwin Munkhambo has confirmed the development and identifies the suspect as Priest Reverend Father Cyprian Mayingi
It is alleged he has been doing this on several boys at the school. Police say one parent reported the matter to police.
Munkhambo adds they have since launched a manhunt for the priest.
