Performing at Sand Music Festival: Makhadzi

Low patronage at this year's Sand Music Festival is not in anyway a glitch to the event; there's pomp and fanfare as South African sensational, Makhazi gave what can be described as quiet an electrifying showcase yesternight.

The show, which has coincided with the Love Malawi festival, a Gospel concert, headlined by Don moen, an international gospel music father figure, has pulled in, among other cerebrated Artists like Mr. P, of the defunct P-SQUARE and all established local artists.

Setting the pace, locally, Kell Kay performed all his trending hits before Skeffa Chimoto took over.

Last year, the event was interrupted by storm and thunder; this year, organizers are upbeat that it'll be successful.

Meanwhile, patronizers are describing the moments in Mangochi as memorable, and one of it's kind this year.

On the other hand, however, entertainment fanatics who have not made it to the show have described the charges as prohibitive to an average Malawian, given the economic status quo.
