Energetic young afro-pop musician, song writer and actor Dan Lufani, has hinted that all is set for his “Sorry” album launch, and he has promised fireworks and fun filled shows in both Blantyre and Lilongwe over the weekend.

The album will be launched this weekend December 5th at the famous Robins Park in Blantyre. December 7th the same weekend, Dan Lu will be in Lilongwe for the second leg to bring the show to his native town fans, at The Golf Club in the capital Lilongwe.  Well printed CD’s of the album will also be dished out to the first 50 entries at both shows in Blantyre and Lilongwe.

Both shows will be spiced up with performances from The Black Missionaries, Dali of the Nyamulira fame, Skeffa Chimoto, Wizzo and Blak Jack.

His anticipated album launch has generated a lot of expectations among a large number of music fans and the general public. This is as a result of the success of his music video ‘Sorry’ from the same album which was shot and produced by video genius VJ Ice of Flashlight Photography.

The song talks about how people these days think that saying sorry will magically ease and solve everything. It also hints on human behavioral activities like cheating and lying that people need to stop and be truthful.

On his album, Dan Lu has featured and collaborated with a lot of local and international artistes in the album, these artiste’s include Piksy, The Black Missionaries, and Organized Family to name but a few.

The afro-pop artiste who started his professional musical career in the late 2000’s has over the decade worked and shared stages with various international artists 2Face (Nigeria), P-Square (Nigeria), KC Limpopo (Nigeria), Ugotuvi Jemus (Nigeria), Black Dogg (Nigeria), Nameless (Kenya), Dizzy Don (Zimbabwe), Zahara (RSA), Danny (Zambia), Ranel (Zambia), Organized Family (Zambia), Uniq (Zambia), Yellow Man (Zambia), B1 (Zambia), Petersen (Zambia), Exile (Zambia), Mampi (Zambia) and The Third (Zambia), among others.
