Malawi hip-hop maestro
Taygrin over the weekend featured Nyanda of the Jamaican Brick ‘n’ Lace duo
during his performance at the Sun Music Festival in the lakeshore district of
Mangochi.
“I’m proud to have
had her around,” he told journalists after the show on Sunday.
He added: “I’m sure
this will also be a world record. That’s what I aim for.”

Taygrin, real name
Limbani Kalirani, is the only Malawian who has nominated for the Channel O
Music Awards for 5 times.
Aside that, he has
won several Malawian accolades as a musician.
