Christopher Malera, known by his stage name Avocado, a popular Amapiano artist in Malawi, recently expressed his opinion that Malawi's music industry is the most cohesive in the whole of Africa. This claim comes in light of his latest release, "Patsogolo," a collaboration with Shammar Vocals and the Kamuzu Baracks Gospel singers.

In an interview with Times 360 Malawi, Avocado revealed that his decision to feature these prominent gospel music figures was driven by his desire to foster unity among musicians.

Avocado explained that "Patsogolo," derived from the Hymn book, conveys a message of boldness and courage found in an individual's faith in Christ.

Through this collaboration, he sought to symbolize the unity that exists among musicians in the industry. Earlier this year, the artist also released a song titled "Chitsime," which featured Thoko Katimba and Billy Kaunda, further emphasizing his commitment to bringing together talents from various musical backgrounds.
