Lawi Keeping Girls In School

Malawi's premier music export, Lawi, who is never flamboyant, has been hailed for using his talent to keep girls in school. 

The 'Amaona Kuchedwa' hitmaker who usually sell out his shows, even in Blantyre, where others fail, is rolling out an initiative,  dubbed 'Girls Education Trust' which is currently supporting girls in various ways including payment of their school fees.

The artist who's music enjoys massive radio plays across boarders, is known for  promoting girl child rights. He did same kind campaigns when he partnered with Timveni Radio back in 2017.

The brain behind several delicious albums, that have good recipe to sooth even tattered hearts and the hopeless is heard to be doing alot of charity but decides to put all that behind the camera lens.

He is also expected to headline an event which will be masterminded by Kizz Daniel, a Nigerian afro pop singer soon in Lilongwe.
