milk loaf bread recipe

2 large eggs, whisked(reserve some for brushing tops)

312g flour
3Tbspns sugar
125ml warm milk
3tbspn butter
2tspn instant dry yeast
1/2 tspn salt
2tbspn milk powder

Mix flour,sugar,powdered milk,yeast and salt in a bowl. Add the eggs(don’t forget to reserve a little for brushing the top). Add the eggs, mix and add the warm milk plus butter. Mix and knead gently. Uf too soft add more flour, If hard add more milk.Cover in a bowl until doubled in size…flatten dough and roll into a rectangle ..roll into a log and roll the log into a rectangle again..roll into a log again. Place it into ur greased bread pan..let it rise, brush the top with your reserved egg..and bake at 180 degrees until browned. Enjoy! You can also use this dough to make rolls.
